Description:
WEEK 1: Let's Go Fishing! Each child will receive a little aquatic friend in our live animal lesson of "How to Paint a goldfish." (Keeping the fish as a pet is optional, parent consent is required.) Kids will also sculpt a new species of sea creature using their imaginations in selecting colors and fantails of their choosing.
WEEK 2: We love animals! So who can resist choosing these wonderful planet dwellers as our subject matter in this exploratory drawing series! Kids will have many visual photo references and 3D references to assist in their efforts to recreate their favorites in pencil, colored pencil, chalk pastels and oil pastels. A Gallery Show will be presented to families following class each day.
Bring to Class:
- Small snack and water
- Wear clothes that can get a little messy
